Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic shipping usually takes between 5 and 10 days. We will do everything in our power to notify you if it takes longer.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TR CORP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ascend.com.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have an UNLIMITED, 100% FULL SATISFACTION refund policy, which means that if at any point after receiving your item you are not satisfied with it you can request a full refund.

The only thing we’ll need will be the receipt number we have emailed to you and a couple of lines telling us why you were not satisfied with the product. We are 100% focused on your full satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, contact our suppliers and make it right to your full satisfaction.
